Founded by Dr Jan Labuschagne in 2010, 2nd Avenue Medical Centre has cared for families across the Verwoerdpark and Alberton community. Many of our patients have been with the practice across several generations of the same family.
Our multidisciplinary approach brings together experienced General Practitioners and qualified Physiotherapists, supported by on-site Ampath laboratory services — giving you comprehensive, coordinated healthcare without the need for multiple practices.

Consulting Hours
Monday to Friday 08:00–17:30 and Saturday 08:00–12:00. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Same-day appointments are offered where availability allows.

Cnr 2nd Avenue & West Street, Verwoerdpark, Alberton. On-site parking at no charge. Netcare Alberton Hospital is approximately 3 km away for emergencies.
